Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly. In such cases, you may wait for delivery and then request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customized or Special Orders
Orders for customized, personalized, or special-sale items cannot be canceled once production or processing has started.
Refund for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Fraud Prevention
Unsias reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or violations of our store policies.
